Practice Schedule

Fall Workout Schedule 

If you want to be competitive in Track and Field, it is highly recommended that you train in the off season and that you begin your training as soon as possible.


** We recommend that you join your teammates for Fall Workouts **


Dates:  Begins September 12, 2019

Time:    4:00 pm to 6:30 pm Mon., Tues., & Thurs.

Location:  AHS Track and/or Weight Room

Wear:   Weather appropriate running clothes, warm ups, sneakers, watch 

Bring:   Filled water bottle, running shoes (sprinters bring spikes) EVERYDAY!!!

Be:       On time!  *Prepared*  *Positive*  *Ready to Work*  *Ready to have FUN*

Runners & Jumpers Schedule: 

- Includes weightlifting and base running and technique focused workouts.***

Throwers Schedule: 

- See Above 

* NOTE:  All athletes must be CLEARED in Arbiter Athlete before participating in Fall workouts.
