Practice Schedule


Fall Training/ Off Season Practice Schedule 

 

Dates:  Begins September 13th through Oct. 29th

Time:    Monday 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, Tues. & Thurs. 4:00PM to 6:30PM

Location:  AHS Track and/or Weight Room

Wear:   Weather-appropriate running clothes, warm-ups, sneakers, watch 

Bring Filled water bottle, running shoes (sprinters bring spikes) EVERYDAY!!!

Be:       On time!  *Prepared*  *Positive*  *Ready to Work*  *Ready to have FUN*

Dates:  Nov. 1st to Dec. 15th 

Time:    Monday 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, Tues through Thurs. 4:00PM to 6:30PM 

Location:  AHS Track and/or Weight Room

Wear:   Weather-appropriate running clothes, warm-ups, sneakers, watch

Time:    4:00 pm to 6:30 pm Mon - Fri

Location:  AHS Track and/or Weight Room

Wear:   Weather appropriate running clothes, warm ups, sneakers, watch 

Bring:   Filled water bottle, running shoes (sprinters bring spikes) EVERYDAY!!!
